Does Upekkha offers warranty for its products?
Yes. It is called the Upekkha Warranty Program.
What does Upekkha Warranty Program covers?
Upekkha Warranty Program only covers any manufacturing defects. Any product found to be faulty upon delivery being a manufacturing defect will be claimable through the Upekkha Warranty Program. Upekkha has the right to reject any claims through the Upekkha Warranty Program if the malfunctioned product is found in anyway tempered with, or from the cause of user neglect/misuse.
Do all Upekkha cleaning equipment comes with the Upekkha Warranty Program?
No. Only selected Upekkha products will be covered by the Upekkha Warranty Program.
Which Upekkha products comes with the Upekkha Warranty Program?
Upekkha has two categories of products that are only covered by the Upekkha Warranty Program, in which are labeled as Class A & Class B.
Class A Products
- Scrubber Dryers
- Sweepers
- Vacuum Cleaners
- Carpet / Upholstery Extractors
Class B Products
- Air Blowers
- Hand Dryers
- Batteries
Class C Products
Any other products that are non “electrical” or considered as low priority including accessories are not included in the Upekkha Warranty Program.
What is the period for the Upekkha Warranty Program given?
The Upekkha Warranty Program differs from one category of products to another.
Class A Products are given a standard Upekkha Warranty Program period of 12 months.
Class B Products are only given a Upekkha Warranty Program period of 6 months.

What happens when my product malfunctions during the warranty period?
Our colleagues will collect the machine to be inspected at one of our branches.
If a product is found to be a manufacturing defect, Upekkha would repair and or replace with a new or refurbished spare parts at the discretion of Upekkha upon claim.
However, if the breakdown of a product is found to be caused by user negligence and or misuse, claims through the Upekkha Warranty Program will be invalid. If parts are found broken or damaged and needs replacement, our colleagues will then give a quote for the parts needed. Labour charges would not be included in the final total bill of payment.
What should I do when my product malfunctions?
Please do not try to repair the product in any way. It would be labeled as an act of tempering under user negligence and or misuse and would render the Upekkha Warranty Program invalid even though it hasn’t expired for the product yet.
